As a Project Consultant in Business Consulting, you will contribute to transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation. This client-centric role focuses on delivering long-term value by solving strategic problems for clients in the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. EY's TMT practice helps organizations navigate industry convergence, develop agile strategies, and achieve operational excellence.

This position is within EY Consulting's Business Consulting sub-service line, specifically focusing on areas like Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations. You will play a key role in reimagining business models, driving growth, managing costs, and resolving operational challenges. Your key responsibilities will span Technical Excellence, Business Planning & Service Delivery, and Finance Process Leadership. You will convert business priorities into clear operating plans, own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, and monitor operational performance through KPIs.

You will lead finance domains such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and/or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This includes ensuring processes adhere to policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation and managing financial and operational risks.

Furthermore, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation, partnering with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Effective stakeholder and change management are crucial, as is leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive team environment.

To qualify for this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
