Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery. You will convert business priorities into actionable operating plans, manage capacity requirements, and set clear service objectives and team goals.

Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, ensuring high standards of service, quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitor operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct root-cause analysis, and implement improvement plans, providing transparent updates to leadership.

Lead various finance domains such as Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Ensure processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation.

Drive transformation and operational excellence by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, technology, and external partners.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and collaborative environment that fosters engagement and development. Plan for staffing, hiring, and capability building to meet current and future business needs.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
