As an Analyst in Procure to Pay (PTP), you will manage day-to-day PTP operations, including processing invoices and payments, resolving vendor queries, and performing reconciliations. You will handle invoice processing, two-way and three-way matching, and work on rejected invoices. Responsibilities also include processing vendor payment runs, investigating supplier queries, and reconciling travel and expense claims. Key tasks involve monitoring aging documents, generating end-of-day reports, assisting with month-end closing, and achieving daily/monthly targets. You will also perform vendor statement reconciliations, prepare AP Trial Balance, generate remittance advices, and maintain invoice archives according to retention policies.

We are seeking a B.Com graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. Excellent problem-solving abilities are essential, complemented by good written and verbal communication skills. A flexible attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ERP platforms, along with advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills, are required. A Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration degree is necessary, with a Master of Commerce considered beneficial. Experience in Financial Analysis for 3+ years is also valued.
