This role is within our Business Consulting practice, focusing on the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, as well as Corporate Network Services (CNS) and Finance. We help TMT companies navigate industry convergence, evolve strategies, and achieve operational excellence. Our team transforms businesses through people, technology, and innovation, driving long-term value for clients by solving their most strategic problems.

Specifically within Finance Consulting, we assess and transform finance functions to enhance performance and effectiveness, implementing service and cost improvements while embedding a performance management culture. Our Business Transformation capabilities encompass strategy, design, and execution of large-scale programs. Supply Chain and Operations provide strategic, operational, and financial insights for fundamental changes in performance, sales growth, cost competitiveness, risk minimization, and operational resilience.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery by converting priorities into operating plans and managing end-to-end delivery of finance processes. You will own service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness, monitoring performance through KPIs and providing transparent updates.

Finance Process Leadership involves leading specific finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. This includes overseeing related operations, controls, and reporting.

Controls, Compliance & Risk Management ensures adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining robust documentation and identifying risks. You will promote a strong controls culture balanced with efficient business outcomes.

Transformation & Operational Excellence focuses on simplifying, standardizing, automating, and improving productivity across your portfolio. You will use data and process insights to identify issues, remove non-value-added activities, and partner on system implementations and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Change Management requires building trusted relationships with various business units and external partners, facilitating governance, resolving escalations, and communicating trade-offs. You will act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations.

People Leadership involves leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team with clear accountability and performance expectations. You will plan staffing, hiring, onboarding, succession, and capability development while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
