The Finance Consulting arm specifically focuses on assessing and transforming finance functions for improved performance and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include developing clear operating plans from business priorities, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes with agreed service levels, and monitoring performance through KPIs with transparent updates to leadership. You will lead specific finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

This role also involves driving simplification, standardization, and automation across finance portfolios, using data insights to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities. You will partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building strong relationships with business finance, operations, and external stakeholders is crucial, as is acting as a change leader during organizational and technological transformations. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you should have a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. The role requires 2-5 years of professional experience.
