This includes Business Consulting, Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services. Business Consulting specifically helps clients reimagine their business models, drive growth, manage costs, and resolve operational issues, with expertise in innovation, strategy, business transformation, finance, supply chain, and operations management.

As a Project Consultant, you will be responsible for converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, defining service objectives, and setting team goals. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness, and monitoring performance through KPIs and root-cause analysis.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. This includes maintaining robust process documentation, identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks, and supporting audits.

Key responsibilities also include driving simplification, standardization, and automation to enhance productivity and customer experience. You will partner with technology teams and business stakeholders on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Furthermore, you will build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, act as a change leader during organizational and technological transformations, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related field, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
