This Project Consultant role is within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) practice, focusing on Business Consulting PI, CNS, BC, and Finance. We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, transform operations, and achieve agile growth strategies in a rapidly evolving market. Our client-centric approach drives long-term value by solving their most strategic problems through innovation and technology.

As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into clear operating plans, managing end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, and ensuring high standards of service, quality, accuracy, and timeliness. You will monitor operational performance through KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership. Responsibilities include leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, while ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management. You will drive simplification, standardization, and automation, partnering with technology and business teams on transformation initiatives. Building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and acting as a change leader are also key aspects of this role.

We are seeking individuals with a Graduation or Post Graduation in Accounting or related fields, complemented by 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, along with the capacity to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
