This role is for a Project Consultant within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting practice, focusing on CNS and Finance aspects in New Delhi.

As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving technical excellence and strategic delivery. Your key responsibilities include developing clear operating plans and managing end-to-end delivery of finance processes or portfolios, ensuring high quality and timeliness.

You will lead one or more finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, or FP&A. This involves overseeing critical functions, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, implementing controls, and managing financial and operational risks.

Furthermore, you will champion transformation initiatives, driving simplification, standardization, and automation to improve productivity and customer experience. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across business finance, operations, technology, and external partners will be crucial for facilitating governance and managing change effectively. Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team will also be a core part of your role.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field, coupled with 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach, the ability to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements, and a practical mindset for solving complex issues.
