As a Project Consultant, you will be responsible for converting business priorities into clear operating plans and service objectives. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness through robust KPIs and action plans. Lead one or more finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, or FP&A, overseeing critical functions like close, reconciliations, payments, collections, and forecasting.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining process documentation and repositories. Proactively identify and mitigate financial and operational risks. Drive simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio, collaborating with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, act as a change leader, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. We are seeking individuals with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
