This role is for a Project Consultant within our Business Consulting practice, focusing on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector and specifically within Finance Consulting (CNS - BC - FINANCE).

As a Project Consultant, you will drive technical excellence by converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and service objectives. You'll manage end-to-end delivery for finance processes, ensuring service level agreements are met with high quality and accuracy.

Key responsibilities include leading finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A), overseeing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with policies and accounting standards. You will also drive transformation initiatives, focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation to improve processes and customer experience.

Additionally, you will foster strong stakeholder relationships, manage change effectively during transformations, and lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive team. This involves planning for staffing, hiring, and capability development to meet current and future business needs.

To excel in this role, you will need a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
