Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in finance processes, such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery, ensuring service levels, quality, and accuracy. This involves monitoring performance through KPIs, managing resources across business cycles, and leading finance domains.

Additionally, you'll oversee controls, compliance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to policies and standards. A significant part of the role involves driving transformation and operational excellence through simplification, standardization, and automation. You will also act as a change leader, managing stakeholders and fostering a collaborative, learning-oriented environment for your team.

The ideal candidate possesses a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
