As a Project Consultant, you will convert business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes with high quality and timeliness. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, overseeing critical functions like month-end close, invoice processing, billing, cash application, and financial planning.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with policies and accounting standards, maintaining process documentation, and identifying/mitigating financial and operational risks. You will drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives, partnering with technology teams for system implementations and continuous improvement. Building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a change leader during transformations are essential. Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and learning-oriented environment.

To excel in this role, a Graduation or Post-Graduation in Finance or a related domain is required, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
