As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, defining service objectives, and ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of finance processes and portfolios. You will own service delivery, monitor performance through KPIs, and provide transparent updates to leadership. Responsibilities include leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and control frameworks.

You will drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives, identifying recurring issues and enhancing customer experience through data and process insights. Partnering with technology and business teams, you will support system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and acting as a change leader during organizational transformations are key aspects of this role. Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. We are seeking candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
