Your key responsibilities will include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting priorities into clear operating plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes. You will monitor performance through KPIs, analyze root causes, and provide transparent updates. Lead one or more finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A) and ensure processes adhere to policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Additionally, you will manage controls, compliance, and risk, maintaining robust documentation and identifying financial risks early. Drive transformation and operational excellence by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes. Foster strong stakeholder relationships, act as a change leader during transformations, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

To qualify for this role, you should have a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or related fields. We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
