This role is for a Project Consultant within the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, focusing on Business Consulting and Finance. We are comprised of Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services. The Business Consulting team helps clients reimagine their business models, drive growth, manage costs, respond to market pressures, and resolve operational challenges, covering areas like innovation, strategy, finance, supply chain, and operations.

Key responsibilities include ensuring technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting business priorities into clear operating plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes. You will monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership.

Lead finance domains such as Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and/or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Ensure processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining robust documentation and identifying risks early.

Drive simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio, using data insights to improve processes and customer experience. Partner with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Build trusted relationships with various stakeholders, including business finance, operations, technology, banks, and auditors, acting as a change leader during transformations.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring clear accountability and performance expectations. Plan staffing, hiring, and capability development aligned with business needs, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment.

To qualify for this role, you need a Graduation or Post Graduation in Accounting or a related field, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience. We are looking for individuals with a practical approach to problem-solving, the ability to deliver insightful solutions, and the capacity to work collaboratively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
