This role is for a Project Consultant within Business Consulting, specializing in TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications), CNS (likely referring to a service line or division), BC (Business Consulting), and Finance. We focus on transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation, driving long-term value for clients by solving strategic problems.

Key responsibilities include ensuring technical excellence and driving business planning and service delivery. You will convert business priorities into clear operating plans, own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, and monitor performance through KPIs. The role also involves leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management.

Furthermore, you will drive transformation and operational excellence through simplification, standardization, and automation. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and acting as a change leader during organizational transformations are crucial. People leadership, including coaching, developing, and creating an inclusive environment for a high-performing team, is also a core aspect of this position.

To qualify, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related domain. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
