This role focuses on the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, an industry undergoing rapid transformation. You will support TMT companies in enhancing customer experiences, achieving operational excellence, managing data security, and driving value-creating M&A strategies. Additionally, you will be part of EY Consulting, dedicated to transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation with a client-centric approach.

As a Project Consultant, you will translate business priorities into actionable operating plans and service objectives. You will ensure end-to-end delivery of finance processes, monitoring performance through KPIs and implementing corrective actions. Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, or FP&A, ensuring adherence to controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives, partnering with teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a change leader during organizational transformations. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

Candidates should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related field. We seek individuals with 2-5 years of experience who can collaborate effectively, solve complex problems with practical solutions, and demonstrate agility, curiosity, and creativity.
