As a Project Consultant in Business Consulting, you will convert business priorities into actionable operating plans, manage end-to-end delivery of finance processes, and monitor performance using key KPIs. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring compliance with policies and accounting standards. Drive simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios, identify financial risks, and manage controls and compliance. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs, while fostering a strong controls culture.

You will also be responsible for building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business finance, operations, technology, and external auditors. Act as a change leader during organizational and technological transformations. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and collaborative environment that supports engagement and career development. Plan staffing, hiring, and capability development to meet current and future business needs.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post Graduation in Finance or a related field, coupled with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
