Key responsibilities include converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, managing end-to-end delivery of finance processes, and monitoring operational performance using KPIs. This role involves leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Additional duties encompass driving simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios, partnering with technology teams on system implementations, and leading change management initiatives during organizational and technology transformations. People leadership, including coaching, developing, and creating an inclusive environment for a high-performing team, is also a crucial aspect of this role.

To be successful in this Project Consultant position, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related field, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, following commercial and legal requirements.
