You will be responsible for converting business priorities into clear operating plans, managing service delivery end-to-end, and monitoring performance through KPIs. Key duties include planning resources, leading finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A), and ensuring processes comply with policies and standards.

Additionally, you will maintain robust process documentation, identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, and support audits. Driving simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios is crucial. You will partner with technology and business teams on implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews, and managing escalations are essential. You will act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations. Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment that supports engagement and growth.

To excel in this role, a Graduation/Post Graduation in Accounting or a related field is required. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.
