We are seeking a Project Consultant for our Business Consulting practice, specializing in the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, with a focus on Finance. This role is based in New Delhi.

As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving technical excellence and operational efficiency within our client engagements. Your responsibilities will include converting business objectives into actionable plans, managing end-to-end service delivery for assigned finance processes, and monitoring performance through key metrics.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. This involves overseeing critical functions like financial close, reconciliations, invoice processing, billing, cash application, and financial planning & analysis, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, you will champion transformation initiatives, driving simplification, standardization, and automation to enhance productivity. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, leading change management efforts, and developing high-performing teams will be central to your success in this role.

To be considered for this position, you should hold a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. We are looking for candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
