In this role, you will be responsible for converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring seamless service delivery, and achieving team goals. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, monitoring performance through KPIs and driving continuous improvement.

Key duties include leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, or FP&A, and ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management. You will also drive transformation initiatives, simplify processes, and collaborate with technology teams for system implementations.

Furthermore, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, manage change effectively during transformations, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field.
