This role as a Project Consultant is within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting PI practice, focusing on CNS - BC - FINANCE in New Delhi. We empower TMT organizations to navigate industry convergence and overcome challenges in competitiveness and agile strategy. This includes specialized expertise in Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in Business Planning & Service Delivery by converting business priorities into clear operating plans and owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes. You will monitor operational performance through KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage resources effectively across business cycles.

As Finance Process Leadership, you will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management. This involves maintaining process documentation, identifying financial and operational risks, and promoting a strong compliance culture.

Furthermore, you will drive Transformation & Operational Excellence by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes to improve productivity and customer experience. You will partner with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Effective Stakeholder & Change Management is crucial, building trusted relationships with various internal and external parties, facilitating governance, resolving escalations, and acting as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations. People Leadership involves leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, planning staffing, and creating an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or related fields.

We are seeking individuals with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
