As a Project Consultant in Business Consulting within the TMT sector, you will play a crucial role in helping Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) organizations navigate industry convergence and transformation. This role is part of EY's Business Consulting service line, which works with clients to reimagine business models, drive growth, manage costs, and resolve operational challenges. Within Business Consulting, the Finance Consulting domain specifically assists clients in assessing and transforming their finance functions for improved performance and effectiveness, fostering a culture of performance management. Business Transformation capabilities, including architecture, design, and execution, are also key to delivering large-scale programs. Supply Chain and Operations expertise helps clients achieve better outcomes through industry-specific insights and digital advancements.

In this role, you will be responsible for converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, defining service objectives, and setting team goals. You will own the end-to-end delivery of finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness are met. Monitoring operational performance through KPIs and conducting root-cause analysis will be essential.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, or FP&A, overseeing processes like close, general ledger, reconciliations, payments, billing, and forecasting. Ensuring processes comply with policies, accounting standards, and internal controls is paramount. You will also drive simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios, partnering with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews, and acting as a change leader during organizational transformations are key aspects. Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team, planning for staffing, hiring, and capability development to meet current and future business needs.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
