As a Project Consultant in Business Consulting PI - TMT - CNS - BC - FINANCE, your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing clear operating plans, service objectives, and team goals from business priorities. - Owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness. - Monitoring operational performance via KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates. - Leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. - Ensuring compliance with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. - Driving simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives. - Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across various business functions, technology teams, and external partners. - Acting as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations. - Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative team.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Graduation or Post-Graduation in Finance or a related domain. - 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience. - A practical approach to problem-solving and delivering insightful solutions. - The ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - Agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and creativity in your approach. - Strong stakeholder and change management skills. - Experience in areas like Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, or Supply Chain and Operations is highly valued.
