As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in translating business priorities into actionable operating plans, managing end-to-end delivery for finance processes, and monitoring performance through key metrics. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Your role will involve driving simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives, partnering with technology teams on system implementations, and acting as a change leader during organizational and process transformations. You will also foster a strong controls and compliance culture while building trusted relationships with stakeholders and leading/developing a high-performing team.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field, complemented by 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals who are adept at collaborative work, possess a practical approach to problem-solving, and can deliver insightful solutions.
