Key responsibilities include ensuring technical excellence and business planning for service delivery, converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for finance processes or portfolios to meet service levels, quality, and timeliness. You will monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership.

Lead specific finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A, overseeing associated processes, controls, and reporting. Manage controls, compliance, and risk by ensuring adherence to policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust process documentation and identifying risks.

Drive transformation and operational excellence through simplification, standardization, and automation, utilizing data and process insights to remove non-value-added activities and improve customer experience. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Effectively manage stakeholders and change, building trusted relationships, facilitating governance reviews, and resolving escalations.

Foster people leadership by coaching and developing high-performing teams, planning staffing and capability development, and creating an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or related fields. We are seeking individuals with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
