The Finance Consulting sub-service line specifically focuses on assessing and transforming client finance functions to improve performance and effectiveness, implementing service and cost initiatives, and embedding a performance management culture.

As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, defining service objectives, and managing team goals. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Key responsibilities include monitoring operational performance using KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and reporting transparently to leadership. You will also lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A, overseeing critical functions like close processes, vendor payments, billing, cash application, and financial planning.

Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust process documentation. Identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks, promoting a strong controls culture, and driving simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios are also crucial aspects of this role. You will collaborate with technology, process owners, and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs, acting as a change leader throughout organizational and technological transformations.

To excel in this role, you will need a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
