Drive technical excellence in finance consulting, business transformation, and operations.

Convert business priorities into clear operating plans and manage end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes. Monitor performance through KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates.

Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Ensure processes adhere to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining robust documentation and identifying risks.

Spearhead simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience. Partner with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business finance, operations, technology, and external parties. Act as a change leader during organizational and technology transformations. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or related fields.

We require 2-5 years of relevant experience in consulting or a similar capacity.
