This role is part of our CNS - BC - FINANCE practice, focusing on transforming businesses through innovative solutions. We tackle our clients' most strategic challenges, driving long-term value across various domains including Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations.

As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and service objectives. You'll own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, leading finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A), and ensuring robust controls and compliance.

You will also drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives, partnering with technology teams for system implementations. Furthermore, you will act as a change leader, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and fostering an inclusive, collaborative team environment. This includes leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring capability development aligned with business needs.

We are seeking candidates with a Graduation/Post Graduation in Finance or a related domain, complemented by 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
