As a Project Consultant, you will convert business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes or portfolios with a focus on service levels, quality, and timeliness. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A, overseeing critical functions and ensuring compliance with policies and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities include driving simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios, identifying recurring issues, and improving customer experience. You will partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews, and acting as a change leader during transformations are also crucial aspects of this role.

To excel in this role, you need a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals with a collaborative approach, a practical mindset for problem-solving, and the ability to deliver insightful solutions.
