Drive financial transformation initiatives, assessing and improving client finance functions for enhanced performance and effectiveness. Lead end-to-end delivery for finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A), ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness. Monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement action plans. Ensure processes comply with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, supporting audits and promoting a strong controls culture. Spearhead simplification, standardization, and automation efforts to improve productivity and customer experience. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including finance, operations, technology, and external partners. Act as a change leader, guiding teams through organizational, process, and technology transformations. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Candidates should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related domain. Requires 2-5 years of experience in consulting or a relevant finance-focused role. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Must exhibit a practical, problem-solving approach with the capacity to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
