This role focuses on project consulting within the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, specifically within Business Consulting and Finance.

TMT organizations face evolving industry landscapes, requiring agile strategies for growth and competitiveness. Develop clear operating plans, capacity requirements, and service objectives aligned with business priorities. Ensure end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes, meeting service levels, quality, and timeliness standards.

Monitor performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement action plans. Plan resources effectively for business cycles and transformation initiatives.

Lead finance domains such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain process documentation and identify/mitigate financial and operational risks.

Drive simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

Build strong relationships with finance, operations, technology, and external stakeholders. Act as a change leader during organizational and technological transformations.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment that supports engagement and development.

A graduate or post-graduate degree in Accounting or a related field is required.

We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
