Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios. You will monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates. Effective resource planning across business cycles is essential.

This role involves leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. You will ensure processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation and promoting a strong controls and compliance culture. Transformation initiatives will focus on simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements.

Building trusted relationships with various stakeholders, including business finance, operations, technology, and auditors, is crucial. You will act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations. Additionally, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment.

To be considered for this Project Consultant role, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post Graduation in Accounting or related fields.

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
