Our Business Consulting team is dedicated to driving long-term client value by solving strategic challenges. We focus on areas like business transformation, finance, supply chain, and operations, supporting large-scale programs and portfolios. You'll contribute to reimagining business models, enhancing efficiency, and navigating market pressures.

Translate business objectives into actionable operating plans, define service standards, and set team goals. Ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes or portfolios, meeting all quality, accuracy, and timeliness benchmarks. Monitor operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Lead finance domains such as Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Drive simplification, standardization, and automation to enhance productivity and customer experience. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage escalations, and facilitate governance reviews. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

A graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related field. Possess 2-5 years of relevant professional experience. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Exhibit a practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. Display agility, curiosity, and a positive, adaptable, and creative mindset.
