This role as a Project Consultant within our Business Consulting practice in TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) and CNS - BC - FINANCE units in New Delhi offers a dynamic environment. We empower TMT organizations to navigate industry convergence, transform their strategies, and achieve operational excellence. EY Consulting drives business transformation through people, technology, and innovation, solving complex strategic problems for our clients.

Your key responsibilities will encompass technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting priorities into actionable operating plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for finance processes. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A.

Ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management is crucial, alongside driving transformation and operational excellence through simplification, standardization, and automation. You will also manage stakeholders effectively, build trusted relationships, and lead change initiatives. People leadership, including coaching, developing, and creating an inclusive team environment, is also a core aspect of this role.

To qualify, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or related fields, with 2-5 years of relevant experience. We are seeking individuals who can collaborate effectively, possess a practical approach to problem-solving, and deliver insightful solutions.
