Within Business Consulting, we tackle strategic problems across Finance, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations. Our Finance Consulting team enhances finance function performance, implements cost improvements, and embeds performance management. Business Transformation involves designing and delivering large-scale, multi-year programs, while Supply Chain & Operations offers industry-specific insights and digital advancements to improve operational performance, reduce risk, and ensure resilience. We are looking for individuals who can drive simplification, standardization, and automation, leveraging data to enhance customer experience and implement continuous improvements.

Key responsibilities include developing clear operating plans, ensuring end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes, and monitoring operational performance through KPIs. You will manage resources effectively across business cycles and lead specific finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. Ensuring compliance with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements is crucial, along with maintaining robust process documentation and identifying financial and operational risks. A significant part of the role involves driving transformation and operational excellence by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes, and partnering with technology teams on system implementations. Building strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a change leader, and leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive team are also essential duties.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Graduation or Post-Graduation in Accounting or a related field. We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of experience who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions is essential.
