Key responsibilities include ensuring technical excellence and driving business planning and service delivery by converting priorities into clear operating plans, capacity requirements, and team goals. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness are met. Monitoring operational performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates to leadership are essential. Effective resource planning across business cycles and transformation initiatives is also critical.

Finance Process Leadership involves leading specific finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. This includes overseeing relevant operations like close, reconciliations, invoice processing, billing, cash application, cash positioning, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will also ensure processes operate in accordance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining robust documentation and identifying financial and operational risks.

Driving transformation and operational excellence through simplification, standardization, and automation is a core function. You will leverage data and process insights to enhance customer experience and partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Effective stakeholder and change management is crucial, building trusted relationships with various internal and external parties, facilitating governance reviews, and resolving escalations. Finally, people leadership involves coaching and developing a high-performing, inclusive, and learning-oriented team, managing staffing, hiring, and capability development.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related field. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
