Lead end-to-end finance process delivery, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and accuracy. Monitor operational performance through KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates. Manage resources effectively across business cycles and transformation initiatives.

Oversee key finance domains including RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Ensure processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive simplification, standardization, and automation to enhance productivity and customer experience.

We seek individuals with 2-5 years of experience in Accounting or related fields. A Graduation or Post-Graduation in Accounting or a related discipline is required.
