Our Business Consulting service line tackles strategic problems, encompassing Performance Improvement, Risk Consulting, Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services. Key responsibilities encompass driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, translating business priorities into operational plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes. You will monitor performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates. Effective resource planning across business cycles is crucial.

Finance Process Leadership involves leading specific finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. This includes overseeing close processes, general ledger, reconciliations, reporting, and balance-sheet integrity for RTR/Controllership. For PTP, it means managing purchasing-to-payment operations, controls, vendor queries, and working capital. OTC responsibilities cover billing, cash application, collections, credit management, and dispute resolution. Treasury involves managing cash, liquidity, and banking operations, while FP&A focuses on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support.

Additionally, you will ensure processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining robust documentation and identifying risks. Driving simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios is key, utilizing data for process improvements and collaborating on system implementations. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across various departments, facilitating governance reviews, and acting as a change leader during transformations are essential. People leadership includes coaching, developing high-performing teams, planning staffing, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. We are seeking individuals with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
