Drive technical excellence in financial consulting, converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and clear team objectives. Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitor operational performance using key KPIs, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement corrective actions. Effectively plan resources across business cycles, including peak periods and transformation initiatives.

Lead finance domains such as Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Ensure all financial processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks. Maintain comprehensive process documentation and identify financial and operational risks proactively.

Champion simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity enhancements across the portfolio. Utilize data and process insights to eliminate non-value-added activities and improve customer experience. Collaborate with technology teams, process owners, and business stakeholders on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and share best practices.

Build strong, trusted relationships with various business functions, including finance, operations, procurement, sales, tax, legal, technology, banks, vendors, customers, and auditors. Facilitate governance reviews, manage escalations, and clearly communicate trade-offs. Act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring clear accountability and performance expectations. Create an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment that supports engagement and internal mobility.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.
