This includes expertise in finance, business transformation, and supply chain operations.

As a Project Consultant, you will be responsible for translating business priorities into clear operating plans and team goals. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness. This involves monitoring performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. Key duties include overseeing financial close, general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting. You will also ensure processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation and identifying risks.

Furthermore, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation to enhance productivity and customer experience. Partnering with technology and business teams, you will support system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews, and acting as a change leader are crucial. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
