This role is a Project Consultant within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, specifically in Business Consulting, focusing on Finance.

Our Business Consulting team addresses strategic challenges, focusing on business transformation, finance, supply chain, and operations. This includes enhancing finance functions, driving business transformation initiatives, and optimizing supply chain and operations for better outcomes.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting business priorities into operational plans, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes. You will monitor performance through KPIs, manage resources effectively, and lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. A crucial part of the role involves ensuring processes adhere to policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining robust documentation, and identifying/mitigating financial and operational risks. You will also champion transformation and operational excellence by driving simplification, standardization, and automation. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and acting as a change leader during transformations are essential. Additionally, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring clear accountability and fostering an inclusive, learning-oriented environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions, and agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and creativity are highly valued.
