This role is for a Project Consultant within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting practice, focusing on client challenges and transformations. We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, enhance customer experiences, and achieve operational excellence while enabling strategic M&A and driving the future of technology.

Our Business Consulting team helps clients reimagine business models, drive growth, manage costs, respond to market pressures, and resolve operational challenges, supporting large-scale transformation programs.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes with agreed service levels. You will monitor performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership.

Take ownership of finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Ensure processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation and identifying financial risks. Promote a strong controls and compliance culture.

Drive simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio, using data to identify issues and improve customer experience. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Embed scalable ways of working and share best practices.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, technology, and external parties. Facilitate governance reviews, resolve escalations, and act as a change leader during organizational and technology transformations. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and learning-oriented environment.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or related fields, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
