Your responsibilities include developing operating plans, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes, and monitoring performance via KPIs. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Ensuring compliance with policies, accounting standards, and internal controls is crucial. You'll drive simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios, partnering on system implementations and continuous improvement. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, managing change during transformations, and leading/developing a high-performing team are also key aspects of this role.

This role requires a Graduation/Post Graduation in Accounting or related fields, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
