This role is within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting practice, focusing on finance transformation. We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, drive growth, and achieve operational excellence in a rapidly evolving market. Our client-centric approach leverages people, technology, and innovation to solve strategic problems and deliver long-term value.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving technical excellence and service delivery. Key responsibilities include converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, managing end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, and monitoring operational performance through KPIs. You will lead specific finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A, ensuring adherence to controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Additionally, you will drive transformation initiatives, promote simplification and standardization, and manage stakeholders effectively to build trusted relationships and facilitate change.

People leadership is crucial, involving coaching and developing a high-performing team, planning staffing and development, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative learning environment. You will also act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations, ensuring scalable ways of working and sharing best practices.

We are seeking individuals with 2-5 years of relevant experience, holding a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. The ideal candidate possesses a practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful and actionable solutions in a collaborative environment. You should be agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative, capable of maintaining positive energy while navigating complex commercial and legal requirements across multiple client departments.
