This role focuses on Business Consulting within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, specifically within the CNS-BC-Finance domain. We assist TMT organizations in navigating industry convergence, driving growth, and achieving operational excellence through agile strategies and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include developing clear operating plans and service objectives, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, FP&A) to meet service levels, quality, and timelines. You will monitor performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage resources effectively across business cycles. The role also involves leading finance domains, ensuring adherence to policies and controls, identifying and mitigating risks, and supporting audits. Driving simplification, standardization, and automation within assigned portfolios is crucial, alongside partnering with technology teams for system implementations and continuous improvement.

To excel in this role, a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related field is required, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across departments, demonstrating a practical approach to problem-solving and delivering insightful solutions.
