This Project Consultant role within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, specifically in Business Consulting PI, CNS, and Finance, is based in New Delhi. As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in developing clear operating plans, managing capacity, and setting service objectives. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring high service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitoring operational performance via KPIs and conducting root-cause analysis will be key. Resource planning across business cycles and transformation initiatives is essential.

Depending on your expertise, you will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, or FP&A. This includes overseeing close processes, general ledger management, reconciliations, vendor payments, billing, cash application, credit management, liquidity, forecasting, and performance insights.

You will ensure processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining robust documentation. Proactive identification and mitigation of financial and operational risks, along with supporting audits, are critical. Driving simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio will enhance productivity and customer experience. Partnering with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs is also a core responsibility.

We are seeking individuals with a Graduation or Post Graduation in Accounting or related fields, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach with the capacity to deliver insightful solutions is essential.
