Drive business transformation by converting priorities into actionable operating plans and clear service objectives. Own the end-to-end delivery of finance processes, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitor operational performance using key metrics, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership. Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Ensure processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while actively managing financial and operational risks. Promote a culture of strong controls and compliance. Spearhead simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience. Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews and resolving escalations.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in consulting or a relevant finance role.
