As a Project Consultant, you will drive technical excellence and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include: - Developing clear operating plans, capacity requirements, and team goals from business priorities. - Ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes, meeting service levels, quality, and timeliness. - Monitoring performance via KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates. - Leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. - Ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. - Identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks. - Driving simplification, standardization, and automation for continuous improvement. - Partnering on system implementations and transformation initiatives. - Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Acting as a change leader during organizational and technological transformations. - Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and learning-oriented environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation in Accounting or related fields, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
